RENOVATION INCLUDES (among others): - engine block checked for tightness of the water jacket, restoration of concentricity and dimensions of the crankshaft bed, engine block surface planning. - NOMINAL original BMW crankshaft !!! - head after full regeneration checked for microcracks, surface planning, new valve seals and valve seats, new hydraulic tappets and valves. - new main bearings and connecting rod bearings - pistons verification and replacement if necessary - new piston rings - new connecting rods - honed cylinder liners (factory size) if necessary new ones are inserted - new head gaskets, cover gasket and seals of the crank shaft and shafts, - installed a new complete original timing gear.
